Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Seaman App account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open Seaman App and sign in.
- On the home screen, tap “Privacy policy & account deletion”.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap “Delete my account & all data”.
- Confirm. Your login, profile, certificates and scans, sea service, achievements, consents, and files are permanently erased.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@seamanapp.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 15 days, confirming by reply.
What is deleted: your login, profile, certificates and
scan files, sea service records, achievements, countries visited, and all
consent grants.
What is retained: a minimal, immutable audit entry that a deletion occurred (no career content), kept for legal accountability under RA 10173.
